Due to the spiritual, personalized, and energized nature of gemstones and remedies:

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once shipped or energized, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product is damaged during transit

• Order not delivered (confirmed by courier)

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
